@life_without_progress: I never got very far in Flip Flappers, but that respect thread seems to list a potentially universal feat. Assuming that that’s legit,they should be more than capable of putting down Pennywise decently long term, even if they can’t erase the Deadlights completely.

I can’t really comment with any real knowledge, since I’ve never seen it. That being said, it appears that is a sort of black hole that will inevitably consume the universe, but it’s relatively small at the point they destroy it. I don’t think that would count as universal, since it’s still so small. It really would seem out of place if it was universal, since none of their other feats in that thread seem anywhere near universal, unless I’m missing some context, which I could be.
