Kovar should win, he put up a better fight against Oliver. And Arrow was fresh off of the island anyway when he fought Drakon. So it's not like the Oliver Drakon fought was better.

Drakon takes this, he was stalemating Ollie, Constantine lost to Ollie.

Nah, Drakon attacked Oliver from out of nowhere. Then Oliver recovered, and was straight up stomping Drakon, I don't even think Drakon hit him apart from when he hit him at the start from out of nowhere. Watch from 1:55 - 2:21

Whereas Kovar was landing hits on Oliver and was getting him into holds. He was hitting him into racks and tables. He was a much more worthy opponent. Watch from 0:51 - 2:42

Kovar should win. He was giving Oliver the fight on his life back at the island while drakon was giving him some trouble but nothing more than that

Kovar. He just flat out performed better against an Oliver that wasn't much worse than the one who soundly beat Drakon.

Kovar gave Oliver 2 better fights than Drakon did.
