I'm wondering if Lucy from Elfen Lied's vectors could work against aliens like Martian Manhunter,Robots like Ultron,Demons like Dante(DMC),Angels like Whis(DBS),Kaijus like Godzilla,Ghosts like Ghost-type Pokémon and many more to count from fictional worlds.

Is it unbeatable like it's attacks did against humans or just plain overhyped?

I would say the vector limbs need feats against characters who are really durable or have the phasing abilities etc. It would be a bit of a NLF to assume she could tear apart anyone if she's only done it to humans.

They're basically a bunch of vibrating molecules. Think of Lucy as having several dozen movable, invisible copies of MGS Raiden's high-frequency blade. They're not the exact same, but similar enough.

AFAIK they haven't worked on anything intangible. They can pass through objects if Lucy wants them to so there's an argument, but not a strong one. Apart from that, it'd just come down to comparing Lucy's feats to the piercing durability feats of whoever she's using them against.

Aren't the vectors just arms? Then wouldn't they be limited to how strong her opponent is? Someone of Superman's strength calibre would surely rip them apart part casually

If it's a form of molecular manipulation then it should still work against molecular/density based intangibility then IMO.

Her last attack threatened to life wipe humanity. The vectors weren't building sized though since it was shown to be normal sized when Lucy's alternate diverted the attack. If she pulled a Gin Ichimaru rather than focusing on Kouta the attack would have swiped a whole country at least.

As for Godzilla, she has a chance against weaker kaiju like Kamakuras, possibly even in her base form against the Showa incarnations. Superhuman Maser teams can knock out FW Ebirah, its likely that Kaede can do the same if she can get close enough to get some swipes at the head.
