I don't think Pinhead has ever, ever encountered someone as powerful as Sidious. Sidious would look at him, laugh, tell him that he's officially underestimated the Dark Side, shoot lightning at him, inadvertently create a black hole, suck Pinhead up, and continue torturing his subjects. All before Pinhead could even process what Sidious said to him. Also, chains? Really? Sidious is a Sith. His reflexes are insane. INSANE. The moment Pinhead twitches his fingers to get those chains, Sidious already cloaked himself in a Force shield. And Sidious has no soul. AAANNNNNDDDDD... Sidious is also immortal.

Then he is BFR'ed please let that be a way to win.

Sidious does have a spirit which most people mistake soul and spirit.... So I think @metalmant800 is saying is Pin Head can take Sidious spirit away from him, and yes Sidious does have a spirit because he was trying to inhabit one of the Jedi kids with his own spirit, and he also put his spirit in the clones of himself...

I am not sure that Canon Darth Sidious can win. However, EU Darth Sidious annihilates him. He destroyed fleets, even caused destruction of planets and great force storms that powerful enough to warp spacetime. He is virtually unbeatable. Can Pinhead compete with him?

Pinhead would curbstomp. His feats are pretty crazy. (comics)

Would Sidious know about the Lament Configuration? If was able to get this then he could win. I doubt it though with no prep.

I don’t think he can beat him, in The Scarlet Gospels pinhead literally goes after all the magicians in the world, absorbing their power, or taking them for play slaves. Then he uses the power to go after Lucifer’s Armor, and fights him to become the lord of Hell for a while.

I’m gonna say the Sith lord loses the battle, and spends a long old time in hell (holly shit if he ever got out)
