Crystal of jor el might help him to send manhattan into phantom zone. Without that i dont see how he can kill manhattan. Maybe drop a moon on him. Though manhattan could teleport himself into mars while that happens.

The problem with answers like drop a moon on him is that it won't actually do anything. We need to stop with this thinking that all characters can be defeated by just punching harder. Some characters require exotic powers, elements, substances, mental attacks, astral attacks, etc. to put them down. Punching harder or hitting with a bigger object isn't the answer to every character and that isn't a NLF argument.

Superman unless you NLF Manhattan to silly levels.

Unless we are talking about comic book Manhattan, Superman stomps. Manhattan doesn’t have any impressive feats compared to Superman.

Manhattan may not have as many feats as Superman, but Superman has no way of putting him down permanently. Manhattan had his molecules separated and still didn't die. It's either a stalemate or Manhattan edges out a victory eventually.

Manhattan wips kryptonite outta thin air he wins.
