I'm assuming this is MCU? Because this is a mismatch in the 616.

Even if Davos were aware, Frank would probably shoot him (though a basically dying Davos pulling those moves on Mary in a sniper position was pretty nice), unaware he has little to no chance.

Frank could just snipe him.

Load up Punisher with gear and put them head to head though and I side with Davos.

@the_magister: Yeah but why though? Even if we argue for improvements, Frank has a winning record against Matt, who a basically bloodlusted Danny only landed really, a single hit on. (Discounting the two cheapshots when Danny started the fight and the when Jessica was pushing Matt away)

What I'm saying is, even if we argue for Danny's improvements, what evidence is there that he has improved to the point that he can stop what DD couldn't?

@paytience: I don't think Frank's own show did him any favors h2h wise. He consistently struggles with small groups of very low quality fodder like Russian gym rats or cops.
