In the Gantz universe, some victims of tragic deaths have been resurrected and forced to participate in a series of death games. The victims are outfitted with futuristic equipment and sent to exterminate aliens living on Earth. The Gantz fighters are eventually known as the Hunters and 2 groups of Hunters are sent to battle the aliens who have invaded Osaka, Japan. The Nurarihyon is the leader of the Osaka aliens and one of the most dangerous aliens the Gantz fighters have ever fought.

There will be several scans showing Nurarihyon fighting the Gantz Hunters so I figured it would be best to start with some basic information about their equipment.

Gantz Suit:

These suits provide the wearer with incredible strength, speed, endurance, and the ability to jump very high.

Someone wearing a Gantz suit is uninjured by conventional gun fire, even a shot directly to the head:

The Gantz suits are durable enough to take being thrown into multiple cars and thrown into a building with no injury:

The suit gives the wearer enough strength to fight with a stone monster who throws cars like they are nothing:

The suits enhance a person's speed so much they can dodge lightning strikes created by another alien:

Whenever the alien moves, a bolt of lightning strikes the ground:

The same alien who makes lightning, casually blitz's several police officers and tears them apart:

The police shoot at him at close range but he dodges every shot, blitz's the cops and rips them apart:

The Z-Gun:

The Z-Gun is so strong it rips right through an alien's body. The force behind the gun is so powerful, there isn't even any flesh left, only a pool of blood:

Due to its ability to shapeshift and adapt to different combatants the Nurarihyon has a variety of different attack powers.

In his humanoid form, when his eyes grow they make a kind of flashlight like beam that destroys everything they touch:

Detects an invisible Gantz fighter and blows his arm with with telekinesis:

Blows up part of a bridge with telekinesis:

Rips apart a group of soldiers as he walks past them:

Tears off another Gantz fighters arms with telekinesis:

Tears off another Gantz fighter's arms and leg as he attempts to jump over him:

Eye lasers blasting through a city and cutting through a gantz suit with a single blast.

One-shoting a Gantz fighter with a single punch faster than he can react. Remember the same person was having fun being thrown into cars and buildings:

Faster than Hiroto and Kanzo who could catch a bullet from an automatic gun:

More, catching numerous machine gun bullets:

Dodges sneak attacks and sword slashes from the Tokyo team (who are wearing Gantz suits which as seen earlier, also someone to dodge lightning and keep up with a bullet timer):

Nurarihyon has no real need for durability. His regeneration is so strong that he cannot be killed be anything unless it is outside of his awareness. Even when struck outside of his awareness, his body needs to be 100% destroyed unless he will just keep regenerating:

Gets blown in half but his eyes still destroy a Gantz fighters arm:

Gets cut into pieces and forms new bodies from the pieces:

Gets turned into a puddle of blood and regenerates into a stronger form:

After Oka cuts him apart his blasts him into pieces only for him to regenerate yet again and stronger than before:

Casually regenerates as fast as he gets cut and evolves:

After Oka kills the large bull/spider alien with the Gantz Hard Suit, he goes on to battle Nurarihyon. He manages to beat one form only for Nurarihyon to regenerate and copy the Hard Suit's appearance. Every attack proves useless and Oka is forced to flee. When Nurarihyon evolves to his skull spike form, he slaughters Oka.
