Okay since the OP didn't specify which version, I'm gonna go ahead and say it, Pre-52 and New-52 Supergirl should be able to replicate that feat, quite easily I might add. CW Supergirl, not so much. Smallville Supergirl, scaling from Superman she might be able to do so. Pre-Crisis/Silver-Age Supergirl, obviously.

Depends which versions of the elite and Supergirl. But overall, she should be capable of replicating it in most cases.

She's comparable to Clark in speed and strength, and still vastly outclasses anyone but Manchester in that scenario.

@maiitoguy8: She isn't. She doesn't hold back as much, which gave the appearance of being stronger.

Her cousin had to get creative to defeat Manchester. Fighting him head on is suicide.

@wollfmyth209: Menagerie would carve her up unless she did her homework. If she doesn't blitz Coldcast, she's turned to grain or hit with a high frequency neutrino wash (that KO'd Superman). And if the Hat's not drunk, he's a dangerous physically invulnerable mage.
