DC/Marvel Comics, live action or animated versions

Who is consistently portrayed at a certain level, and never has low showings or outliers?

If you can list multiple tiers (according to comicvine), that would be appreciated

Basically, who would be your best street leveler, mid tier, high tier, etc...

Thanos was pretty terrible in recent years and even in the past it was Starlin who applied some top degree damage control to course correct his precious pet. Which he actually did pretty well from what I can remember, but still.

From what I've heard, there will be no damage control from him anymore tho. He said he's done with Marvel.

Backlash, Taboo, Grifter, Maul... Warblade unfortunately isnt really.

Cyberforce has a certain degree of consistency to it (Velocity tends to be a little inconsistent) but Ripclaw, Stryker, Ballistic, and Heatwave are all consistent

DC/Marvel Comics, live action or animated versions

Who is consistently portrayed at a certain level, and never has low showings or outliers?

If you can list multiple tiers (according to comicvine), that would be appreciated

Basically, who would be your best street leveler, mid tier, high tier, etc...

Thanos is very consistent for the most part in terms of power levels, Doctor Strange comes to mind as well. Daredevil does have his fair share of outliers but he's consistent in terms of skills.

Wildstorm characters, for the most part, are pretty consistent

Backlash, Taboo, Grifter, Maul... Warblade unfortunately isnt really.

Cyberforce has a certain degree of consistency to it (Velocity tends to be a little inconsistent) but Ripclaw, Stryker, Ballistic, and Heatwave are all consistent

Thor is very consistent with his slow reflexes.

Jokes aside, Post-crisis Supergirl, Hal Jordan.

Most toaru characters. Fate franchise is more so compatibility than outright power(not counting Gilgamesh) mostly accelerator. I feel for fate the so called “inconsistencies” have a readily plausible explanation

Video game characters.

Although it is only because the statistics of the characters are predetermined for a Gameplay.
