This is a stupid matchup. Barragan is literally a counter to most of the crew because of his Respira.

To begin with Chopper, Robin, Usopp, Brook, Sanji and Luffy have no way of even doing anything because their entire arsenal means they get killed by Respira. Nami, Zoro and Franky/Franky Shogun are the only ones with ranged attacks in the crew that could ever deal with Barragan. Out of these Franky and Nami are too slow to get away from Respira and there is literally nothing the crew has to stop respira from hitting both of them meaning it then turns a 1v1 against Zoro where his strongest point which is melee combat is a no-go, meaning he has to deal with ranged thecniques combat which could be done but in practice would only prove to be a futile defense, with prep they could use Coup d Burst but pulling something like that is also marginally unlikely.

Doesn't brook have some kind of soul manipulation?

@simon_the_digger: yes he does but nothing on the level to deal with Bleach Characters, even the most basic and scrub-level of kido can restrain humans through their souls, Brook has a unique ability in a world that cant defend against it.

There are other non physical attacks that the team could use, but they definitely lose this matchup.

Robin Strength is nowhere near even the weakest of Cp9 not even superior to a Menos much less using her strength to twist a Espada with Passive Hierro, Same with Nami, while nami has been confirm to be superhuman post time skip with sanji using her body for Geppo her strength is not in the same level as the Cp9 since sanji did say it was hard to use geppo using Nami body and Cp9 had reach physique level enough to completely master Geppo and Soru

Barragan wins Low Diff in Base, 1 single touch could directly make Sui Feng arm useless, + his Time Slowing Field which means speed is irrelevant.
