Hm, this is a tough one. I could honestly see this go in both ways. I believe Team DCEU in the end for durability edge, however Team RWBY could win this with their versatility....

Not sure if the RWBY team can put them down due to there durability or the stats to withstand there strikes and bullrushes. Clark could take either one out via BFR and just suffocate in outer space.
