Some backround. Thanos has the IG and is looking for the infinity stones but doesn't have any of them. So the IG is essentially an extra melee weapon/ Armor piece. Ultron is at his max power level where he has invaded Sokovia. The battle takes place in the spot where the avengers faced off against Ultron.

Morals off/bloodlusted by default.

Round 1. H2H 1v1.

(Thanos has NO stones.)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Round 2. Thanos has his army that he utilised to invade earth, but none of his lieutenants are present. Aka his daughter or anyone near that level only his jobber level infantry. Ultron Ditto. Both armies are at Max power. Ultron has access to the SHIELD computers as well as has infected the world wide web, having the ability to use the weapons and systems of various militaries around the world.

(Thanos has NO Stones either in this round.)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Round 3. Ultron has accsess to the above and has as well managed to infect some of Thanoses weapon technology and ships, potentially having the ability to use some of his own weapons and ships against him. (About 20%)

Both have armies at Max power.

Thanos has ONLY the power stone, as he did when he fought hulk.

Thanos has help from The Winter Soldier, Black widow, and Thor.

Ultron has Help from Cap, Black panther, and Vision.

One more final thing. The fight does not end when the leaders are defeated. All armies must be TOTALLY destroyed.

Who wins and why?

1. thanos stomps

2. this is a bit tricky cuz Avengers struggled a bit more against the robots + they can fly but again he stomps due to power stone.

3. that was interesting until I saw thor in his team? then, again, thanos stomps.

Round 1: Thanos should win, if we're interpreting him ripping through Vision's vibranium housing to get the Mind Stone as a regular feat for him and not an outlier (and I think we should consider it regular, since he didn't have to strain himself to obtain it). He could probably replicate the vibranium feat by grabbing Ultron, but it would be difficult because Ultron is bulkier than Vision and, of course, fighting back.

Round 2: Ultron just nukes Thanos and his army (which are presumably Outriders). He can't do anything about it. Even if nukes were considered out-of-character for Ultron, he could still use the Helicarriers, Quinjets, etc. basically every destructive weapon on Earth to overwhelm Thanos and his army.

Round 3: Ultron probably still overwhelms Thanos and his team, but the latter having Thor on his side makes things a lot more difficult for the android, as Thor can one-shot any of the Outriders' ships which have turned against them and could endure most of Ultron's artillery. Still, I'd back Ultron due to the sheer size of his army compared to Thanos's own, and because of his access to weapons of mass destruction. The street levelers and Vision contribute nothing, and the Power Stone can't offer much in a situation like this either.

OT:

Round 1: Thanos - He's just better in pretty much every way.

Round 2: Thanos - Ultron has the better army, but Thanos can take them out, plus he's too durable to be put down by them.

Round 3: Thanos - Thor stomps Cap, Black Panther isn't a problem either as Vibranium is vulnerable to electricity and so is Vision, so Thor stomps them, the Ultron Drones get cleared by Thor too. Thanos takes out Ultron himself. Plus with the Power Stone he can one shot the Ultron Drones anyway.

@galenmarek1: This should be on the Battle Forum.

1. thanos stomps

2. this is a bit tricky cuz Avengers struggled a bit more against the robots + they can fly but again he stomps due to power stone.

3. that was interesting until I saw thor in his team? then, again, thanos stomps.

@galenmarek1: This should be on the Battle Forum.
