I'd still go for Universal, more memorable and culture-defining movies.

I generally prefer Universal. Obviously they've had their fair share of duds (looking at you, The Mummy 2017) but they've also had a lot of really enjoyable movies, like the Jurassic Park/Jurassic World movies.

@mrmonster: I've not bothered with The Mummy 2017 knowing it's just another Tom Cruise action flick and does no justice to the classic horror genre.

@loyngulpany: Don't forget Universal also had the classic Universal Monsters films like Dracula, Frankenstein, Wolfman, Invisible Man etc.

The Mummy is one of only a handful of movies I've ever regretted seeing in the theater, or paying to see period. It came out on a weekend where I was just really desperate to go out, and thought it would be at least worth the ticket price. It wasn't.

Going with Paramount because of the Marx Brothers movies, the Alfred Hitchcock filmography, Audrey Hepburn and Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Universal.

Paramount has the Mission Impossible franchise while Universal has the Bourne franchise hmmmmm....

Universal, though Paramount have some good films like Iron Man, Mission Impossible Series and Madagascar series.
