Cendrillon reacted to Misaka's lightning and it means she has light speed reaction speed.Doesn't change,Kanzaki is stronger and faster than her.

@parichithayerakala: Misaka Worst has yet to ever have a real fight since Accel. Regardless, even Level 2-3 Sister clones get the same description like the one that fired an attack on Accel. There's also the fact that Misaka could react and dodge several of Mugino's Meltdowner Beams, lasers made up of electrons moving at high-speed which would be relativistic+ in movement. And any Saint > Misaka or Cendrillon in reaction so their at least Relativistic+

@chaosknight75: i think worst fired some make shift bullet thingies made from fire extinguishers at cendrillon and silvia a saint was said to be supersonic in the fight with thor for krutene(sorry i miss spelled). Only showings of LS were of there characters accel,fiamma,othinus,ollerus.

@parichithayerakala: Misaka fought Cendrillon, not Worst. And she fired the exact same lightning spear from her bang as the one that the author states moves at the speed of light 5 times. Because Esper powers/Personal Realities say screw physics. Just brought up two showings that say otherwise. Supersonic means anything faster then sound and Saints have Massively Hypersonic movement speed. Reaction speed is at least Relativistic though

Kanzaki stomp, but she is no where near FTL, saints are hypersonic in movement and maybe MHS reaction. Only top tier like Othuis, Fiamma, and Touma have LS reaction, there's no instance of FTL in toaru yet.
