Restrict a RAW socket to be listened by single process at a time

0

i am working on RAW sockets, where my applications sends request and take response from same socket. There are multiple processes running on same socket similar to my application. All the processes are running in a while loop as below

while true
do
application1;
application2;
application3;
application4;
my_application;
done

The problem what i am facing is, when any one process sends request on socket the response will be updated by all processes running in loop. Since this is raw socket, how to differentiate the responses for every process. I have tried named binary semaphore, but i observed undefined behavior(like dead lock).

Any tips or suggestions to differentiate response for each process.
