Spider-Man should stomp Round 1, win Round 2 handily, and curbstomp Round 3.

But did he show anything that can counter the batwing & batmobile. The auto aim was OP as hell.

Well since that would only be Round 3, one of Peter's suit powers is an EMP - which would obviously wreck all of Batman's tech.

Batman had a huge AOE EMP weapon attached to his batmobile as well that could shut downs all electronic devices in a decent radius around him.
