What kind of armor would Tony Stark have to design and construct in order to battle on even grounds with or defeat your favorite character specifically? What weaknesses could he exploit using the technological faculties of Stark Industries? What vulnerabilities in himself would he have to account for in order to triumph over them?

Favorite comic character of all time is the flash. He would have to created a devise that grants him temporal distortion. I don’t see him pulling it off though.
