- If it is a mismatch in favor of Cocytus then Zodd helps him.

Considering Guts from what I know is around Spider-Man level, Cocytus stomps him. The guy is a level 100 character, which on paper puts him on the same level as characters like Ainz Ooal Gown and Shalltear Bloodfallen. In reality he is weaker than them due to differences in stats, gear and tactics but in the Overlord universe Guts would be closer to the likes of Clementine, Brain or Gazef. Any of whom would get one-shotted by the lowest level abilities of lvl 100 characters.

Yeah, Cocytus should win without any problems.

Well, i consider Guts to be below Spider-Man, yes he has good strength and durability feats for a human but Spider-Man is superior in almost every way, faster stronger etc.

frost aura is just too OP for guts to handle

Guts should be more around the level of high-tier Pleiades or maybe even the Evil Lords under Demiurges, but not a Floor Guardian.
