We are looking for a cloud based SMTP service where we can send mails from multiple applications to the same service account.

The requirements are:

  1. Cloud service

  2. Located in the EU

  3. GDPR compliant

  4. Multiple API keys for more applications

  5. White listing of recipients pr. API key. Mails to non white listed recipients must not be send.

If the service supports transactional emails that would be great but not a requirement.

Does anyone know a service that supports the requirements ?

  • From my point of view the whitelisting feature is a part of your code. Usually the providers only have a blacklist function. But you can create a mailinglist and check before is the email in this list. It is a workarround for the whitelisting. mailgun.com, sendgrid.com, mandrill.com, amazon ses
