TBF, that's kinda oversimplifying it. Panther mostly traded blows with Namor due to his energy stuff, but most versions of T'Challa should be able to one-shot Diana with claws anyway so it's not a huge difference. This version didn't have a vibranium suit, which is why I used it.

If he turns invisible off the bat she doesn't really have a counter.

Very difficult battle but morals off Diana eventually..... wins!!

I think he wins with Hickmans gear. Stealth is key. I personally think wonder woman would win a head to head fight though (meaning he would lose if he had gear from another run). Her reflexes are better and she is a lot stronger.

He hurt Namor and bloodied him, and burned him. He also does have cloaking tech. I guess he could just turn invisible and stab her.

The suit can be cut by slashing along the grain and I don't see black panther being able to deflect bullets the same way she can. Its also vulnerable to stuff like being choked out, having your neck snapped, etc.

With any other gear, Diana would win due to her sword and speed advantage.

However, if T'Challa does utilise all of his gear efficiently, he can take the win. His cloaking device and teleporter will allow him to get in close and use his offensive gear.
