Hela and Malekith.

Malekith completely halted an overhead lightning amped blow from Mjolnir with his hands. I'd argue he's at least as strong Nam-Ek. Hela is multiple times stronger than Thor who's stronger than these guys.

Most importantly is damage soak. Malekith was so durable that Thor couldn't put him down and seemed to possibly have a healing factor. Hela was no selling punches from Thor and has an excellent healing factor.

Some have argued that it wasn't a proper healing factor because we didn't see his actual arms and it was just the Aether. But the implication is definitely that he was reforming his arms.

Some have argued that it wasn't a proper healing factor because we didn't see his actual arms and it was just the Aether. But the implication is definitely that he was reforming his arms.
