I could honestly see either one killing the other. This would be interesting. If this is in a forest area, Rocket wins for sure. If Rocket doesn't have anything to crawl on, Arrow would win.

Rocket's standard gear includes a jet pack, right? Because in that case, Rocket would have flight capability that would give him a huge advantage in this battle. But if not, even then I can see Rocket taking this quite easily, mainly due to his OP gear. I have seen GotG v2 4 times now and I'm pretty sure I can make a case for Rocket beating not only GA, but also the likes of Mirakuru Slade, Cap etc but I don't want to debate on my own thread, so maybe some other time.

I was thinking about Rocket without the jetpack. I won't argue that he cant beat those individuals with the weapons he has had in the movies especially with his genius intellect and quick thinking in combat. I was thinking Arrow could shoot an arrow at him in some cases before Rocket kills or incapacitates him.

@gazool: Yeah, he did. As I said, his gear is pretty OP. He's probably the most dangerous in the team but one of the most underrated MCU characters on CV.

@the_fallen_lord: he also bullet timed in the forest. Watch it at 25% speed.

@gazool: Yeah, and that too. Although, I'm not sure if it was a bullet or an explosive round, but it's still pretty impressive and he did that without even looking.

Not a bullet, but it's a legit dodge. From the behind no less. He also had avoided those drones firing at him during the first flim.

@nfactor1995: As mentioned , that wasn't exactly a bullet ,But a similar ranged projectile that he Dodged with his back turned.

Oliver can't hurt him through his shield and Rocket can one shot with any of his gear, Rodent stomp 10/10.
