He doesn't have the piercing feats to tank high caliber bullets, even if they weren't vibranium. He could possibly clear 1 however because he is more than likely bulletproof, although he hasn't shown that yet. I'm not sure what to make of the sonic cannons as Superman threw a manhole cover through the blast and destroyed them, as wanked and highballed as Thor is I'd be willing to accept he's more durable than a manhole cover.

Stops at 3 hard. The nuke vaporizes him by feats, he hasn't shown to be able to tank that much piercing damage in one go.

I mean he did no-sell shards of the Bifrost beam that decapitated Surtur's dragon, so maybe he can clear 1. BvS canon wasn't 300dB so he no-sells it. 50 megaton nuke < full force of a neutron star, so he clears 3 as well. Don't know about 4. Definitely dies at 5.
