All Might can KO in a few hits, but thats assuming he isnt cut to ribbons.

Raven should be too fast for All Might to tag consistently so she wins majority plus his lack of piercing resistance, though if she does get tagged it's gonna hurt.

Raven's too fast, All Might could possibly one shot if only he was able to tag her and since he lacks piercing resistance nothings stopping Raven from slicing him up.

Raven is not only faster but should resist the shockwaves. She can one shot him too.

lol... why do people think Raven is too fast for All Might? A weakened All Might is faster than an average human eye can see. All Might hard stomp in his Prime.
