Metamorpho wins.  Absorbing Man would be hard pressed to even hurt a guy who can beat up the Metal Men on his own.

Metamorph is smart enough and Crusher is dumb enough that Absorbing Man will end up beating himself.

Knowing Metamorpho, he'd transform into phosphorus right before Creel touched him, and then immediately turn into diamond or something nearly as durable and then spark Creel setting him ablaze. Metamorpho would then just fly away leaving Creel screaming like a little girl waiting for his powers to return him back to normal.
