Alright, Meruem still blitzes All Might as his combat speed far surpasses Toshinori's by a large margin, his durability is also great enough that he completely eclipses the durability of the first Nomu without the need for shock absorption and regen. All he needs to do is maintain a blitz on Toshi and it's a win. All for One has no counter for the Buddha-hand and will end up getting slapped out faster than he can react, all that impact from countering physical attacks won't even reach Netero.....

Meruem Biltz stomps.

All Might has more raw power while Meruem is only little faster.

Meruem and Netero will win since all might has a limit and All for One can't take on two of sam time with too much raw difference of power
