Over time, he can destroy the surface of a planet.

I don't think so, he could summon the bifrost for a small period of time to transport Hulk to Earth, but i'm not sure if he could maintain it open long enough to wipe the surface of a planet, since he was struggling to summon it in the first place an it required dark magic to do so, which weakens Asgardians.
