Why does my Jupyter Notebook ran on Pycharm and Pycharm console has different Python version?

I'm using Pycharm 2018.2 with the latest update.

I'm running Jupyter Notebok on Pycharm's virtual environment terminal and having a issue where Python version on Pycharm's console and Jupyter Notebook is different.

On Pycharm console (I'm on venv)

Python 3.6.5 (v3.6.5:f59c0932b4, Mar 28 2018, 17:00:18) [MSC v.1900 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import sys
>>> sys.version
'3.6.5 (v3.6.5:f59c0932b4, Mar 28 2018, 17:00:18) [MSC v.1900 64 bit (AMD64)]'

On Jupyter Notebook

import sys
sys.version
>>> '3.6.4 |Anaconda, Inc.| (default, Jan 16 2018, 10:22:32) [MSC v.1900 64 bit (AMD64)]'

I googled for this and some people suggested I check Edit Configuration for both Python and Jupyter Notebook but they have the same Python Interpreter. (3.6)

I encountered this problem while I was using requests-html library. This would work on Pycharm's console (and script) but doesn't on Jupyter Notebook, saying

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'requests_html'

I have a good feeling that this is the main cause of the problem.
What should I do to integrate Python version on both Pycharm and Jupyter Notebook that runs on it?

Furthermore, if there's any suggestion how to avoid this problem while using request-html, that's also gonna work.
