Zendesk widget for agents to respond

0

I would like that my logged in agents to use the zendesk widget to respond to customers, is that possible?

From what i read in the documentation you can only embed the widget for customers and agents have to use the zendesk dashboard to respond.

  • hey Sorin, why do you want your agents to respond via widget rather than dashboard? I don't think you'll be able to do it, but would be interesting to know more about the problem you are trying to solve.
