Strength/striking power:

Black Panther is surprisingly strong, a factor that will come in handy in this battle.

Here Black Panther casually rips apart a robot.

Here Black Panther punches a hole through a vampire which is impressive since vampires have the "strength of hundred warriors".

Black Panther one-shotted Crossbones who can no-sell gun fire. This is also a speed feat since Cap's shield throws can blitz multiple beings who can casually react to arrows.

Black Panther is capable of beating down Kang the Conqueror, Arnim Zola, and Skurge. Kang is capable of fighting Iron Man one on one and Iron Man can push cargo ships. Arnim Zola can fight Spider Man one on one and Spider Man is strong enough to lift and throw a several hundred ton boulder. Skurge is capable of gaining the upper hand against Thor in one on one combat.

Black Panther's striking power is impressive enough to harm Meruem with just his normal strikes and he is strong enough to resist being overpowered in a grappling match.

Durability:

Black Panther's vibranium suit allows him to tank blows no normal human could ever survive.

Here Black Panther tanks a massive boulder being dropped on top of him.

Here Black Panther tanks a punch from a robot capable of contending with Hulk and Thor. Hulk is strong enough to liftand one-shot mountainwhile calm and Thor is his superior in physical strength.

Here Black Panther tanks a kick from Ares who can manhandle Hercules. Hercules is strong enough to overpower an enraged Hulk.

Speed:

Black Panther is incredibly fast, I'm confident he can blitz Meruem.

Here Black Panther moves at FTE speeds to decapitate two robots.

Here Black Panther casually deflects multiple energy blasts.

Black Panther blitzes Kang who can fight with Captain America. Captain America can casually move FTE to Spider Man who is a bullet timer.

Black Panther blitzes Kraven the Hunter, what makes this feat even more impressive is the fact that Kraven is capable of keeping up with Spider Man who is a bullet timer, and yet Black Panther can move FTE while he is in slow motion.

Black Panther's speed is on another level, this well be extremely important as I explain his gear.

Skill:

Black Panther is incredibly skilled, he is able to match Ares god of war in combat.

Black Panther dominates Captain America who can casually defeat Spider Man and his entire team of Super humans while holding back and without his shield.

Black Panther is clearly the more skilled of the two fighters, that combined with his speed advantage will make him almost invincible

Gear:

Black Panther is capable of turning invisible, even Iron Man who can easily detect BW while trying the same tactic was unable to detect Black Panther while using his cloaking device.

Black Panther posses vibranium blades that come out of his wrist and at his fingers creating claws. These blades are capable of slicing through these robots who were taking on Hulk and Thor in the same episode.

Meruem has no defense against these kinds of attacks from what I've seen of him. Combine this with Black Panther's speed and skill advantage and victory seems impossible for The Chimera Ant King.
