While Silver Surfer does indeed possesses incredible arsenals in his powers set to tip the balance against Shazam in a regular matchup, a bloodlusted Shazam will not so easily be beaten simply by magic alone. In the past, Silver Surfer has shown to being harmed by magic from Loki's, whose magical feats far exceeds that of Shazam, who's known for his magically physical attributes and usual attacks.

Anyways, Silver Surfer's attacks wouldn't harm Shazam at the slightest considering how incredibly dense his durability is when taking on Spectre, Superman, Wonder Woman, and other DC's top heavy hitters! He has also shown the unique abilities of casting magical rituals during high duress, so it's possible Silver Surfer would be stripped of his powers set and reverts back to his alien form, leaving the pacifist in harm' way from an originally bloodlusted CAPTAIN MARVEL / SHAZAM!

I feel like Silver Surfer is getting a little bit overhyped IMO Some characters I'd never imagine Surfer beating people say he would Stomp. I love Surfer a lot and I like how he is getting praised but, I think people are taking it a bit to far honestly.

anyways this is in no way a stomp anyone who says Surfer stomps is probably letting their fanboying get out of control. I think its a pretty even 50/50 match but given these conditions. Billy probably takes it. This fight depends a lot on if you think Pre-52 Superman could beat Surfer because Billy is said to be his equal. I think Superman would beat Surfer 6/10 and I think Billy (Under these conditions) would beat Surfer 6/10
