From the comics I think the lead contenders are Thor, Batman and Superman.For live action, Neo from the Matrix has made the best entrances in my opinion.

@rem: Supposedly because there aren't a lot of female superheroes in the MCU, so to compensate, they made one extremely powerful and someone who will eventually lead the Avenger team in the future.
