Hmm, the fight Taskmaster vs Cass would be in favor of Tony, but I can't judge Ultimate Captain America to give a full judgement.

Team 2. Cassandra can distract Tony long enough for DS to beat Cap, or Cass can beat Cap quickly enough to help out Slade. Either way, T2 should take it.

@jmarshmallow: I think you're underestimating Cap quite a bit. The gap between Tony and Slade is much more noticeable than the gap between Cass and Steve..which is only in her favor with skill and he dwarfs her in everything barring speed. The only possible way she can win that is with pressure point strikes, but he has the healing factor, pain tolerance, speed and skill to make that a hardfought win if she wins at all.

I think this is a really close fight that could go either way. I'm leaning team 2 because honestly I think Cass can beat Taskmaster. Speed advantage, body reading, skill is arguable, and even though she doesn't have as many showings of it as Tony, she's fully capable of replicating moves as well.

It would be a helluva fight though. And Slade vs Cap will be brutal.

@juiceboks: I would argue that she has speed in her favor as well, and can put him down using Pressure Points, thus negating the need for a strength advantage.

@jmarshmallow: Any speed advantage she has is negligible IMO. Despite her bullet-timing feats peak humans have still been able to keep pace with her (Batman, Lady Shiva) and she's admitted inferiority in all physicals to enhanced fighters (Deathstroke, Ravager). Not saying Steve is exactly on par with Slade in speed, but he doesn't have to be. As for pressure points, she's only been able to land those against slower and much less skilled individuals than Ult. Steve. It'll be a lot harder than Oracle or some bulletproof musclehead especially since she has to work around his shield. His healing factor should also help a lot with any needed damage mitigation.

@juiceboks: To be fair, LS has some insane speed feats as well, and Batman is Batman, with a equally impressive catalog of bullet-timing feats. Bringing them up seems like a dead end IMO, because both of them have a speed advantage above Ult Cap as well.

I’ll be honest, I don’t remember her admitting she’s physically inferior to enhanced humans, but I assume she meant in strength, not necessarily every single facet of a fight.

As for the final pressure point topic, I wouldn’t call Ult Cap practically skilled. Certainly less so than his 616 counterpart. It certainly won’t be easy, and I doubt she’ll one-shot him, but considering the skill and speed advantage mentioned above, not to mention the “precog,” I think it’ll definitely be quicker than Tony beats Slade.

At first I thought this was too close to call, but after thinking about it for a bit I think the Marvel duo should win more often than not.

Team one wins, Ult Cap is just too much of a beast.

Team DC, Rogers is kinda holding his teammate back.
