Here's why:

G.Priest is featless, all we know about him combat wise is that he is stronger then Whis and that he can stop 2 exhausted and distracted GoD's with 2 fingers. That's it. It's not really that much.

Whis is said to have UI but he kinda sucks in it seeing how Vegeta and Goku tagged him several times in the series. He has some hax like ressurecting dead, making childbirths painless and etc but these are mostly useless in battle. His best dc feat is tappimg out Beerus, but since Beerus was not defending but just goofing off its not saying much.

Vados is supposedly on the level of Whis, but has better dc. She actually destroyed a planet onscreen.

And that's it. Are they impressive? Kinda? Well they are certainly more skilled/faster then average GoD's and have more hax.

Is it enough to kill 12 fully rested and battle focused GoD's at once? No. Especially if you add MUI Goku and LB Jiren which are both roughly on Angel level seeing how they are both on the Mastered Ultra Instinct level which is supposed to be ability mastered only by angels. So Goku and Jiren should be able to match Whis and Vados, and neigh featless G.P. would have to fight and beat 12 GoD's and infinite Zamasu, who was supposedly universal+. No way.

Like I said, hard stop at R4, until we see more from GP.

Being generous they stop at 1. They simply do not have the feats to contest with Toriko top tiers. And the gauntlet is out of order. 3 and 4 should be first and second respectively.

Grand Priest solo HE GIVES THEM THE FINGER Treatment, he is probaly the greatest fighter in DB History!!!!
