I can see him maybe lifting it by the tail and slamming it into the ground (using ALL of his strength) or maybe breaking it's neck?

With standard gear, he could pull it off. He could throw one of those devices that shrink the target.

The Leviathan is huge but actually not extremely durable or strong. If it's just one, I can totally see Giant-Man taking this. And like what @CelestialKnight said, he could always shrink the Leviathan with his tech. And then it just becomes a slightly oversized and armored caterpillar.

Or without his shrinking devices, he could go back to human size, get eaten on purpose and then grow back to giant man, destroying the leviathan

Scott can win, the Leviathans were super lightweight for their size. They fell on top of buildings and still did no damage, so I'd wager they weigh significantly less than the plane at the airport scene.

He did tank attacks from Vision, but I don't know how serious he was. If he can use those shrinking devices, he sure as hell stomps most of the MCU anyway.

Scott can win, the Leviathans were super lightweight for their size. They fell on top of buildings and still did no damage, so I'd wager they weigh significantly less than the plane at the airport scene.
