Probably Destroyer, it's durable as hell and it's energy can certainly hurt/KO SBP since he sliced through Mjolnir. Plus, SPB didn't have great speed feats.

The guy survives a galaxy busting attack with zero damage, a life wiping attack and somehow mjolnir is supposed to be more durable.

Prime somehow doesn't have good speed feats yet he blitzed a couple of Flashes, escaped the speed force while weakened and flew so fast that 2 Superman lost sight of him.

Isn't the Destroyer magical in nature, as well? Most of it's attacks would be shrugged off by Prime, then.

Prime should also boast a considerable speed edge, though Destroyer's durability would be pretty hard to overcome.

Outside of a odin-destroyer with the Odinsword, I struggle to see the destroyer ever hurting Prime. Prime has too many ridiculous durability feats.

On the contrary, every speedster he encountered ended up humiliating Prime and blitzing him without him being able to react and ended up either BFR'd or he escaped by flying. Ironically he was blitzed even when speedsters were moving at Jay Garrick level speed, and even Kid Flash Bart Allen schooled Prime to the point that he was scared when he saw Bart. And no, Prime NEVER escaped the Speed Force. That's a lie introduced to the internet by that Respect Thread. In Flash: Fastest Man Alive it has been revealed that when Prime was pulled into the Speed Force, he was sent to another Earth where he was held in Red Sun prison. He escaped from that prison off panel and eventually came back with his Armor. He never escaped the Speed Force. He couldn't do so. He escaped because he was sent to prison on another Earth instead of being kept in the Speed Force. And 2 Superman didn't lose sight of him. They kept up with him and bullrushed him through the Red Sun. So yeah, Prime has no impressive speed feats.
