Manga Kefla was fodder... Like she should have been in Anime. Fusion from Two Saiyans that Goku was ragdolling was suddenly stronger than Saiyan God? Hell no, Manga did it waaaayy better without bad scaling.

Gohan should clear, he was shown as on par with Kefla.

And it was outright said Kefla has Kale's Strength, and Caulifa's battle prowess.

Kale was able to pressure, and break MSSJB Goku's guard.

And that was before she got her Final Power Increase at the very end of the chapter.

Clears or stops at 7 due to Goku skill and better arsenal, Gohan is shown equal to Kefla and Kale already was on Golden Frieza/Blue Goku level. He's not stopping at Hit, manga Hit hax is purely based on power level and only works on inferior opponents. Gohan doesn't need any skill or resistance to fight him off.

Stops at 4 due to lack of experience with Hit. Talking purely power, more like stops at 5.

Kale may have hit Frieza around, but Frieza himself still seemed very confident. And it took her like a dozen hits to break Mastered Blue Goku’s guard then Frieza stopped her from getting a hit in. The characters Kale actually finished off were all featless in their manga versions (even Anilaza, as much as that sucks), but then the Universe 11 fodder started wrecking her. Caulifla’s bearing on the Kefla fusion was to become more controlled and fight with better skill, Kale was the majority of the power. But it’s implied by onlookers that Gohan wasn’t beating Kefla because of power, he was stalemating Kefla because his technique was highly superior to Caulifla’s (which was all Kefla had). Piccolo still confirms that Gohan has ascended higher than his Buu Saga Level, but the implications by spectators were that the fight was only as even as it was due to the difference in skill level.

I think it's worth nothing Krillin wondered if Gohan could get stronger if he quite his day job to train, implying Gohan is still weaker than MSSB Goku, at least in Krillin's opinion.

@b_r023: Agreed. Base kefla blitzing SSG Goku yet base goku can beat SS2 caulifla made no sense

He stops at 5. Kale overpowered Golden Frieza (who's at least normal SSB level) and MSSB Goku, and at her peak smacked away MSSB Vegeta and Toppo (who was on the same level). You can argue Frieza didn't take her seriously (Frieza's just as proud as Vegeta was, remember), Goku didn't fight her seriously. and the other two were caught off guard but 4 feats against SSB-levels and her overall dominance in the ToP tells me she should be somewhere in the normal Blue range. Kefla was confirmed to be more powerful than Kale ever was and it was thought that it was necessary for Jiren to take her out. Gohan was equal to her which would place him somewhere in the normal blue range.

Black was barely on that level, having struggled with SSB Vegeta who was toying with him.

@whatamiseeing: Yup. Manga stuck with common and the same people screaming about Kefla being too strong are now screaming about Kefla being too weak. They just need an excuse to scream about DBS smh.

Gohan is not stronger than ssb goku in the manga

They even say “I wonder if he was serious and trained if he could be stronger than Goku” implying he wasn’t already stronger than goku.

@phantomrant: I accidentally had two round 5's but I fixed it now. So did you think he stopped at Black or Golden Frieza? By your post I assume you meant he stops at Frieza?

Krillin says that, but Krillin can't sense God Ki, and doesn't have an accurate gauge on Goku's strength.
