I disagree. Robocop isn't completely durable to bullet fire like the Terminator. He's too rigid and slow to be able to effectiviely dodge any of Dredd's shots.
And Dredd could just take cover behind the furthest pillar and just unload as many armour-piercing and Incendiary bullets as he wants.

But if Dredd simply hides behind a pillar, then he is safe because he can either use his heat-seeking or rubber bullets to take out Robo.

Dredd wins.  He has more actual fire power than Robocop and his armor is designed to reflect most standard ammunition (i.e. Robocop's).  Also, Dredd has no problems killing his apponient, Robocop will not automatically go for the kill shot.

Think about what each cop is designed for. Dredd is dealing with chaos 24/7, whilst our friend robocop although cool, probably only works 9 to 5.He needs his defrag and baby food. 

It's likely the bullet deflect trick won't be in the Robocop reboot, given they're taking the character to a modern, more realistic route. If it's not in the flick then we'll have two versions of Robocop to compare with, and maybe use to battle Dredd.

I wish they'd make one that can really tank bullets (even armor piercings) so we can use him on battles more.

I'll go with Robocop here. RC Has a good tracking system where he can track judge dredds weak spotts and aim his gun in the right spot to take him down.

Dredd, all he needs is that multi-ammo handgun.

There was a Batman Dredd team-up and it was very good. Joker was messed up in a teleporter accident which allowed him to team-up with the Dark Judges.

Dredd is seriously underrated here on comic vine I swear.
