Once again any reason of why Kara would smash s4 barry especially since in s7 she wasn't anything crazy

Season 7 Kara is MFTL (I'm talking billions) and would be around country level

Not to nitpick but there is no season 5/6 Kara. She first joined the show in season 7.

Now if you're talking about Jor-El's Kara, that'd be a season three character and I'm sure would be destroyed by Barry

She has moved at insane speeds before as shown in the clip. The fact that she can move that fast does seem to imply she can react at that speed.
She moved in that clip from Earth to High Orbit in 26 seconds, thats Mach 4012 speed. And that was not Kara trying to go super fast, this was simply her flying up and away. And that was before the second part of the flight.

@eobard21: Smallville was insanely powerful I mean given that that they gave Clark the same time perception as Barry fairly early in the series it shows he has hyper fast speed, and Kara was much more developed than Clark, which is why she could fly and was a bit stronger and faster.

< Yes this is Clark but again this is Season 7, and Kara is on par with Clark's speed if not a little faster due to her maturity. He jumps up to the floor, travels across the floor through a crowd, opens the elevator, picks up the bomb and runs it to the roof and tosses it before a single second passes.

@eobard21: its not so surprising a lot of people in the flash show worked on smallville.

It is interesting that at the end Clark blurs to the roof suggesting even in Clark time he can move super speed.
