I think they lose to the whole gauntlet combined... and potara fusion vs Whis? Well there's no way of knowing but they're certainly in with a shot. If a potara fusion is Jiren's power x Beerus' power... Whis would need to be ridiculously above Beerus to win that fight, or have access to higher power levels/forms unknown to us.

They get solo'ed by Vegito

They clear with Beerus carrying Jiren through round 4. Bonus round is a no since whis has mastered UI along with an insane amount of power it seems compared to Beerus.

Vegito would be the biggest challenge, due to statements of him being equal to, or slightly stronger than Beerus. That means he could potentially solo the two.

Other than that, they stomp the first few rounds and make a dead stop at Whis.

They definitely can't beat Whis. It can be argued that Jiren is at best a Beerus's equal (at best; based on manga he could be way below him). Whis one hits Beerus. If fused with Potara, they could be strong enough to make Whis actually punch them instead of giving them a spanking, but nothing more.

Potara fusion shouldn't be underestimated, but given all we know about whis is he can EFFORTLESSLY one shot a beerus far more serious than against Goku, I'd say he would take it (when we get feats for whis we might know more)

The bonus round is a loss even if you doubled their strength after the potara fusion. The Angels are a ceiling to characters in Dragon Ball and nothing suggests they’d have nearly enough speed even if we didn’t take Whis as he narratively is to them. As for the actual gauntlet at hand, Rounds 1 and 2 don’t matter. Since Sidra proved Hakai can cover an area as larger as a metropolis city, Dyspo’s second long blitzes are nothing to Beerus. If Jiren was acting against him, I’m not even sure Dyspo could touch him through his ki barrier.

Round 3 doesn’t offer much either. Goku and Kefla won’t get anywhere acting like the brawlers they are, Jiren already proved he can beat Hit, and Anilaza (power core broken or not) shouldn’t do well against opponents he has no power advantage against. His portals are annoying for a moment and that’s all.

Round 4 is where things actually get tricky. Ultra Instinct Goku won’t be able to beat Jiren and Beerus working together, especially since this is a Manga/Anime Beerus meaning he’d have all of his shown Ultra Instinct experience from the manga as well. Vegito’s got nothing but brute force, their teamwork is what destroys him as well. As for Merged Zamasu? All he makes for is a distraction without immortality. His fighting style would make him get killed by any lethal attack used against him if you think about it.

Round 5, actually easier than Round 4. Manga Jiren was stated to have more raw power than Manga Belmod who has way more displayed activity than Anime Belmod. As for Champa, Vados (someone who trained Champa for years and spends every day with him) outright told him why he can’t defeat Beerus anymore. Champa has bad stamina and a decaying physical strength from lack of exercise (though it goes unnoticed to the mortals since a slow decay from GoD level is still a very long way down). Whether Belmod or Champa goes down first, the other can’t withstand being ganged up on.

The final round is highly debatable but not for a lot of factors. Ultra Instinct Goku, Hit, Super Saiyan Blue Vegito, Champa, and Belmod are the only characters that matter here. If they can perfectly work together, they may stand a chance, if not, they lose quickly like the fodder they’re bringing with them from the rest of the gauntlet.

I think it's pretty clear UI Goku is in the same league as Jiren. But there will def. be some more surprises before the end of the TOP.

Jiren alone stomps all except for arguably Kefla and Goku, Beerus is a non-factor.

No clue for Whis tho.
