This is both Pre and post crisis Superman with Rebirth abilities/feats and Goku From Dragon Ball, Z, GT, and Super both manga versions composite + movie feats.

This is 616 Thor which means yes rune king thor, and Pegasus Seiya 12 cloths and weapons from the anime, manga, and movies.

Seiya solos all 3 at the same time.

Pre-Crisis Superman fused with Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku would be too much for Seiya and Thor so team 1.

Not to mention Seiya's FTL combat would be affected due to Thor being too slow whereas both Superman and MUI Goku have FTL+ combat speeds because that's how Metamorian fusion works as observed

Fusion 2 also lacks strength feats near Fusion 1 and Destructive Capacity both. Fusion 1 also has Hakai which can erase other one from Physical and Spiritual existence and is far more skilled H2H fighter due to Ultra Instinct Goku here.

Fusion 2 gets stomped due to Thor being slow, Fusion 1 would be too fast adding both Silver Age and MUI Goku's combat speeds.

Fusion 1 has actual feats where Seiya has hyperboles and fan calcs and is no way near as wanked. Superman survived a big bang point blank. Fusion 2 won't even phase him and MUI Goku who is also above likes of Beerus who can casually destroy planets through Physical strikes and a whole Universe if he gets serious. They get beat in both Durability and Strength and even Energy Projection. Superku takes it. Adding swords of Superman would make it an obvious stomp in favour of team 1 so remove him for this to be little fair as that version of Superman was nigh omnipresent. And if Xeno Goku is allowed it's a huge mismatch.
