@dragonvegeta123: the only way trunks could have got him was with his sword, as it was stated by vegito himself that his big size make him slow, but the fact is he beat trunks anyway putting him on the ground, and the only way he was able to do something later was cuz of genkidama. as for goku he took him head on with his energy wave and won and kept on kicking him with his KK blue combo to the point where he actually wonds an immortal being (well the half that wasn't inside him) and unlike trunks goku doesn't need begets to come help him in a beam struggle against him his fine on his own as he proved so yah goku>>>gohan >> trunks

@tjd2814: I'd say he is more or less at the same level he was back in the buu saga as piccolo steated which is still far weaker than god tier but sins logic and scaling are out the door now and android 17 is able to keep up with blue goku and with more to offer, and trunks getting a rage bost that helps him take down rose black, I guess mystic gohan holding on against blue goku and even surviving a KK blue combo attack from goku (which is complet insanity) is ok now. well mystic gohan is my favorite character in DBZ and maybe ever so f*** it I'll back him off even though it doesn't make any sens☺️

Don't get me wrong gohans one of my favorites I just don't think we can put much stock in the fact goku went blue on him when he's been going SSJB for almost everything and as you said scaling and power levels are s#|+

Gohan was matching SSJ2 Goku and even had the edge, i can't see a strong argument for Gohan being SSB Goku level given the latter could have been suppressed.

Trunks was fighting evenly with a Black that adapted to enraged SSB Goku, he then got better control of his new form and attained multiple zenkai's.

Not to mention after his first training session with Vegeta he resolved to never stop training, so he's probably stronger than he was in the Black arc, hell given his potential i'd say he's bare minimum Black with Scythe level(thats my head canon), Trunks went from not being able to even scratch Base Black, to blocking attacks from an amped SSJR Black in a brief period of time, now i'm not saying he matched him because he obviously didn't, but it illustrates just how fast he grows.

@omriamar: Agreed, Black was matching a SSJ2 Goku which was much weaker than The SSJ2 Goku Gohan faced.

Goku prior was rivaling Hit at SSB Kaiokenx10, but after the Black arc could stalemate an unsuppressed Hit using assassination techniques in just SSB.

I'd say Goku got at least 10x stronger due to all the zenkai's, Black even states the saiyans kept coming back stronger with every visit to the future.

Gohan overpowered current SSJ2 Goku imo, he had Goku using IT to get an edge.

@tjd2814: I slightly disagree there, I think theres a good chance Gohan pre episode 88 was stronger than his Buu arc self.

In the preliminary matches for the tournament of power Buu faced off against Basil which was relative to Buu even before being amped, i'd place him at Majin Vegeta level.

Lavender was laughing at the thought of fighting Gohan, after seeing his brother get wrecked, he probably thought he'd poison him easily and dick on him. for the sake of argument we'd say Lavender was relative to Basil pre amp, if that's the case then Gohan was a beast in base, he smacked around lavender which could be SSJ2 Goku and Vegeta level. then he could stack SSJ and SSJ2 on this, making him easily above Ultimate Gohan in the Buu arc.

If that's discredited then i'd go with the fact Gohan was fighting Goku which stacked SSJ2 on his Saiyan Beyond God base.

Now add years of training and we have SSJ2 Goku matching up with Gohan.

If that's questionable, then we can go with base Copy Vegeta two shooting SSJ3 Gotenks.

Goku and Vegeta were even, then we have Goku getting much stronger in base(bare minimum10x given his Hit feat) and stacking SSJ2 on that base and we have someone 1000x SSJ3 Gotenks matching Ultimate Gohan.

Gohan takes this in the long run. SSR is an imperfect SSB. Goku needed to go SSB to beat his son. Hope sword could kill him, but that's not allowed so Gohan wins in the end

Trunks stomps! Gohan was SSJ2 level, at most SSJ3, since he and Goku were fighting evenly until Gohan asked his father to use more power.

Some people think Gohan is SSB level because he trade some punches with Goku Blue, but the only reason goku went Blue is because Gohan asked him to. Goku was doing just fine as a SSJ2 since, at that point, he received no damage while fighting Gohan.

On the other hand Trunks was fighting evenly against Goku Black, able to gain the upper hand, and even managed to trade blows with fused Zamasu before he started gathering energy.
