every now and then(often when gifs/videos are on the page) Black boxes will cover large parts of the page, scrolling will make the boxes jump around to different places

@mrnoital: It's a wiki site. But a bug is a bug at the end of the day, helps if they're all in one place. A screenshot would help the engineers work out what the problem is.

To clarify, does this only happen on pages with gifs/videos? Or is it every page?

@cloudguy: it's happens on any page, but it seems to happen more with gifs and such going

I just tried to get one, but it stopped when I got the snipping tool up, I'll keep trying to get a shot of it

To help the engineers on this, since I'm not getting any of the problems you're describing can you post the following if you can't get a screenshot:

• Operating System


• Browser & Browser Version


• Any Extensions you're using

Are you getting an error message when you load a page?

those would move into random places, sometimes if I scrolled, other times just at random

@cloudguy: oh, windows/hp, Chrome(current version), and no extensions

@mrnoital: Not much I can do to fix this sorry, but I've notified the engineers and they might be able to find a fix unless this is just on your end. (Which I hope not). Thanks for giving the engineers what they need information wise so they can try to work out what it is.

@cloudguy: no problem, it doesn't happen all the time and I can deal with it when it does

My guess would be ads, maybe some malware is installed.

Hey guys, just wanted to give you an update on the bug squashing, we deployed a build today with the following fixes:

Mods can now tweak submissions before approval as they could before
Bugs in editing issue credits
Some users not able to see notifications in the menu
Mods could not edit cover dates
Mods could not see existing volumes while editing
Search indexing should be fixed
Creating new characters fixed

More fixes to come tomorrow!
