It's definitely still one of the heavy hitters -The unmatched champion is still Boondocks (at least the first three seasons).

I'm surprised so many people are naming Bojack as a contender, actually. Don't get me wrong I love the show, but it's more of a drama than a comedy if you ask me.

It would have been the Boondocks but it went to crap with S4 with only one good episode, Boondocks S1-3 has slightly better satire than South Park but SP is more versatile with their content and have more material so yes.

I prefer Rick and Morty TBH. It is up there though.
