Easily. DCEU's Supes heat-vision is weak. The most intense Heat-vision we ever saw was Zod's in MOS. It was like Pillars of fires coming out his eyes.Infinity Gauntlet > Heat Vision.

Easily. DCEU's Supes heat-vision is weak. The most intense Heat-vision we ever saw was Zod's in MOS. It was like Pillars of fires coming out his eyes.Infinity Gauntlet > Heat Vision.

Then eventually he will die anyway,because the planet will explode at some time. If it's THAT far back,nothing. He lives his life as a normal Kryptonian and probably never comes to earth.
