I still say team gai. Simply due to the fact that guy beat kisame in his own enviroment w/o using 8 gates.

Guy can fight with Sasuke. Once it becomes like 4 on 1 neji just needs to get one get hit same with lee or guy.

Sasuke > Gai. Hirudora is about the only thing that can beat Sasuke and it sure as hell isn't an opening move. Gai has no durability so even a single arrow would kill him. As well as the rest of Sasuke's jutsu.

Juugo > Lee.

Suigetsu > Neji. Gentle Fist won't work on him.

Karin >> Tenten. Those Uzumaki chains are high tier stuff.

Guy is too strong with 7 gates. He could probably solo if he doesn't get caught in a serious genjutsu off the bat. Other than that, Karen is actually a lot more useful than Tenten is, especially in a team battle like this. I don't see Lee/Neji beating Suigetsu/Jugo in either separate 1v1's or in a 2v2. Guy really carries the load here.

Team Gai. Not even Kage Summit Sasuke has an answer for the 7th gate and keep in mind the more Sasuke spams his MS abilities, the more it'll take it's toll on him. And contrary to popular belief in this thread I believe that Neji's Gentile fist is a hard counter to Suigestu (and I'm one of the few who actually likes him). He may be able to turn into water at will but he still has chakra points. If Neji hits those, bye-bye water transformation.

Guy cant just open up straight to the 7th gate. He needs to open up the Gates one by one and I sure as hell doubt Sasuke is gonna let him do that.

Sasuke gets blitzed and stomped by Lee what the hell is the claim of him beating Guy who even in 6th gate just might be faster and stronger than the raikage?

Thats because Guy has been fighting for days before this encounter. The 4th Great Ninja War had a variety of continuous battles and no doubt Guy opened the Gates til that point.

First scan shows when Lee opened the Gates. He needed to open them one by one just to get to the 5th gate.

Second scan shows when Team Guy faced Kisame's clone at 30% of power, in order to reach the 6th inner gate he needed to open them all.

From what I think, Guy can only open up straight to the 7th Gate only if he has already been in the myths of battle and the duration of it so that his body can break and just exceed to open straight to the gate of Shock or if the OP states otherwise.

@streak619: And you think Sasuke is going to hit Guy with the arrow because? In case you have forgotten, 7th gate Guy is much faster than Kabuto who in fact dodged the arrow himself ( I know the Sage mode gave him senses enchantments) and his susanoo isn't even perfect at this point. Im sure Guy can break it down with a few blows before he needs to resort to Afternoon Tiger.

7th Gate Guy was going hand to hand with Juubi Madara and not getting instantly stomped. Gaara, who previously saw Sage Mode Minato's teleportation+rasengan attack(which was blitzed and stomped by Madara), the Raikage's speed(enhanced by Ohnoki's justu) as well as KCM Naruto's speed, noted Guy's movements to be "inhuman".

7th Gate Guy is faster than any non-god tier Naruto character.

@streak619: It certainly does prove something, namely that Madara could do nothing but dodge, since he was acting extremely aggressively(in a combatative sense) towards everyone else attempting to attack him or thwart his plans(see Obito and Minato). This same Juubi Madara casually blitzed SM Minato before he could do anything and scales to above Juubito.

But Gaara saw all of these characters attack and use their speed and despite that, confirmed Guy's movements to be inhuman. And nothing proves Kakashi ever saw the full extent of 7th Gate Guy's speed, since the latter was canonically about even with

Kakashi in base and the 7th Gate is extremely straining to use. Besides, Kakashi can still be amazed that Naruto managed to reach incredible speed without necessarily comparing it to Guy's, no? There's no comparison here.

As for Guy being unable to deal with the Bijuu bombs, that can easily be attributed to his lack of knowledge of them. How is he supposed to know they can be deflected with sheer speed and that they wouldn't simply explode if such a thing was attempted? On top of that, Guy was already exhausted from constant use of the 6th Gate as well as combat, while Naruto was fresh from recieving an extra load of Kurama Chakra. Hardly a fair comparison.

I disagree. And if Madara clowned BM Naruto, he's handily superior to BSM as well, since the latter has no feats placing his speed or CQC abilities significantly above BM's.

I think Team Guy, mostly because of Guy himself. Though I can be swayed. If Sasuke hits Guy with Amaterasu, then it's GG I think. Not very in character for Taka Sauce though as it seems Amaterasu is still very taxing on him at this point.

BSM being faster than 7th gate is utterly fictitious. Sasuke is around 7th gate guy physically speed wise.
