Savage carries his team. He was a threat even to Dooku which is why he specifically DIDN'T instruct him on how to defend from force lightning. Vader can not hope to utilize this advantage. Savage was able to overpower and straight RAGDOLL Dooku and Ventress at the same time, and Obi Wan + Anakin duo on several occasions. He was even able to break through Dooku's and Ventress defenses and choke them both at the same time. He tanked blaster fire from dozens of droids from all sides and them force pushed them all at once. Savage is no joke. He will be a challenge for mr V. together with Ventress its a sure win.

Now that we know Vader >> Dooku by far, Vader wins.
