@trueaustralian: I don't remember him stating it anywhere. And Groribras being above Melzagald is an atrocity, even if they're the same rank. Geryuganshoop is the same rank as both of them yet he has more feats than Groribras

That's not the only problem here. No way you think Gouketsu is above CK. Evil Natural Water is definitely above Vaccine Man, and Vaccine Man should also be below Melzagald.

And Ancient King is way too damn high

Boros called Groribas his strongest lieutenant, doesn't seem fair to throw him so far down just cause Saitama one shot him. Plus he had acid based attacks, which I don't think Luffy has encountered yet.

Gouketsu's shockwave punch is more impressive feat wise than anything I remember Kabuto doing. And Evil natural water I just put low because the webcomic is kinda less impressive when it come to feats displayed on panel compared to say the manga or the anime.

I just put him up there because of shear scale, and that he needed a meteor impact to put him in the ground.

Its still confirmation that he was a dragon level threat in actuality, even if he was never graded as such in universe by the association.

Are you serious? Kabuto overpowered a laser beam from Genos with nothing but his casual breath, and said laser beam was blowing off the tops of mountains a few chapters earlier. And you think Gouketsu busting the wall of a stadium is more impressive? Wow

I kinda forgot that happened, but that was a one arm blast so it was probably half or less as powerful as the two armed blast he used on the house of evolution. It was pretty casual on Kabuto's part but so was the stadium punch from Gouketsu, and from air-pressure alone was pretty impressive IMO, I feel like it could produce some neat numbers but I have no idea how to calc that. The thing I think Gouketsu has over Kabuto is martial technique, otherwise they are probably pretty even when it comes to stats.

Evil Natural Water was never gonna be put down if it wasn't for Saitama

Yes but he'd convincingly lose to someone as low on your list as Overgrown Rover

Rover's webcomic feat's aren't terribly impressive without backwards scaling him from Garou, and even then his impressive feats were mostly Durability related. Plus Luffy might be able to end that fight the same way Saitama and Garou did, by saying "sit" when he hits him.

Beats Black Sperm guy but stops at Garou. Tatsumaki did defeat it before it absorbed its copies n transformed into its golden form. But none of the Dragon level monsters other than garou n Boros should be higher than Large Island level, which Luffy is in G4, probably small country level with kong gun
