So how would a Dc's Metahumans with their own metagenes and respect from dc's civilians react to all insane amount of crazy persecuted treatment & giant robots attacks by marvel's civilians and unique superpowers from X-Genes of Marvel's mutants

would they get along?

Metahumans in DC are more like human mutates in marvel, though many can be born with a metagene it takes a unique and external source to activate it (jay Garrick for instance needed to inhale hard water vapors to activate his super speed) most of the time whatever the stimulus is it’s typically credited as the source of the power, not the gene itself. So mutants would get along with metahumans as much as they get along with mutates (ex Hulk, spiderman, F4), this at times ranges from close teammates to bitter enemies (AvX comes to mind) truthfully just depends on the characters in question
