How to read Abaqus stiffness Matrix the .mtx file in Python?

I saw the below link. It shows the same problem that I am getting. Should I modify the .mtx file by adding headers and all that is mentioned. I was trying to search online for help but could not get much support. If anyone has modified the mtx file kindly share the file.
